Steps

Boil your tamarind and add ginger to it for 30 mins

Boil your sugar in water for 2-3mins

When your tamarind is boiled allow it to cool down before adding your sugar

Squeeze your lime into the mixture and cut some into it
- 5
Transfer into a jug and keep in the fridge... Your tamarind juice is ready
