Steps

Cut,peel and wash yam add the yam into a pot,add sugar,salt and water then cover up the yam cook until soft

Wash pepper,Scotch bonnet,onion and blend until smooth,soften the seasoning cubes.

In a bowl mash the yam with a masher add blended pepper onion,cube seasoning,curry pitch of salt mix everything together and form medium size balls till u are done Wit the whole mixture.

Set oil on fire,break eggs in a bowl,add salt dip the yam balls in eggs and fry in the hot oil until golden brown. Enjoy.....
