Ingredients

  1. For filling
  2. 1 cupfinely sliced cabbage
  3. 1 cupfinely sliced bell pepper or capsicum
  4. 1 cupfinely sliced onion
  5. 1 cupmozerella cheese
  6. 1 cupprocessed cheese
  7. as neededSoy sauce
  8. as neededChilli sauce
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. For rolls
  11. 250 gmsall purpose flour
  12. as neededRefined oil
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. as neededWater to make a tough dough

Cooking Instructions

    Take flour, oil and water and make a hard dough (not too hard). Now heat a frying pan with some oil.

    Take cabbage, bell pepper and onion in the frying pan. Roast them a little. Now add soy sauce, chilli sauce and salt.

    Now take the dough. Make a roti like sheet. (The sheet should not be too thin or it will burst out during frying.)

    Now on the sheet, put the filling and both cheeses on it.

    Roll down the sheet and seal it's corners with a mixture of water and flour (used to seal gujiya). Seal the corners completely and perfectly or it will burst open.

    Now fry the spring rolls in refined oil for 3 to 4 minutes on both sides. (Temperatures may vary). Serve hot.🔥
