Mix the yeast in warm water

Add the salt to the flour and the oil, mix till well incorporated, pour in the yeast water and mix properly until a dough is formed, cover and allowed to stay for an hour to double in size

Beat and punch the dough over and over again, cut into small parts and roll on a rolling into circle shape. Put a non stick pan on a low heat and fry both d 2 sides.

Allow it to cool down, use a knife to divide it into 2 equal parts, open d center of each part and set aside.

For the filling, add 3tspn of oil to the pan and add chopped onion to it, fry till transparent, add scotch bonnet+spices+seasoning+shredded chicken and stir fry for 5mins, add the chopped cooked potatoes and cooked for 3mins and set off the heat and allow to cool down.

Now bring the open pita bread and add the stuffing to it but before adding the stuffing spread mayonnaise to the inner part of the pita bread on of both sides.
