Steps

Chop onion in big long slices.

Keep a pan on flame add oil &then cumin seeds.After crackling cumin then add onion and saute it properly.

After sauting onion add turmeric, salt &green chilli.fry 5 min, after this add red chilli powder & coriander powder..Fry for 5 min.

Now add curd and mix well.keep on flame for more 10 min.

After 10 min dahi pyaza is ready to serve with poori or chapati.
