Steps

Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add cumin and fennel seeds and fry.

Add onions, ginger garlic paste and saute until golden brown
- 3
Wash, cleaned dry ladies finger. Chop them and add to the onions and mix
- 4
Add salt and turmeric after cooking for 3-4 minutes.
- 5
After 3-4 minutes add other spices and let them fry until crunchy.
- 6
Garnish with coriander leaves serve hot with chapatis or dal-rice
