  1. 3 cupspasta
  2. 1capsicum chopped
  3. 1carrots chopped
  4. 1 teaspoonchilli flakes
  5. 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  6. 1 tablespoonmaida
  7. 2 tablespoonbutter
  8. 2 cupsmilk
  9. 2 teaspoonchopped garlic
  10. 1 cubeprocessed cheese
  11. 1 tablespoonoregano
  12. to tasteSalt

    Boil the pasta in some water by adding some salt and 1 teaspoon of oil.

    In a wok, heat some oil. Add the chopped garlic. Saute it for a while till the aroma comes out

    Add the veggies. Add some salt and saute it for a while in medium flame.

    Cover it for a while and saute it in between. Repeat the process till the vegetables get cooked well. Remove them from the flame.

    In the same wok, add the butter and then the maida.

    Roast it for a while and add the milk little by little and mix it simultaneously.

    Note that there should be no lumps formed in the milk.

    Add some salt and some sugar to balance the salt.

    Add the chilli flakes, oregano and black pepper.

    Mix them well and add the veggies and boiled pasta.

    Mix them very well and then add the cheese (grate it well before adding the cheese).

    Mix them well and remove it from the flame. Serve hot.
