Steps
- 1
Mix the ground beef in a bowl with a bit of bread crumbs, chopped shallots, and seasoning powder. Mix well and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
- 2
Put on gloves. Take a handful of beef, roll it into a ball, flatten it, then place a pinch of shredded cheese in the center and wrap the beef around it to form a ball. Make two balls for two servings.
- 3
Fry the beef balls in a pan with cooking oil, turning them to brown both sides. When the outside is slightly charred, add a little hot water, cover, and reduce the heat. Let it cook for about 10 minutes until the meat is done.
- 4
Make chips: Cut the potatoes into sticks and fry them until golden brown.
- 5
Mushroom sauce: Sauté mushrooms in butter, then add 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
- 6
Place the beef on a plate, line with lettuce, pour the mushroom sauce over, and serve with fried potato chips and bread.
