  • 16 ouncebag frozen defrosted peas
  • 1 bunchparsley or cilantro
  • 2-4 clovesfresh garlic
  • 2lemons zest and juice
  • 1/4 cupEVOO
  • to tastesalt and pepper
  • grated parmesan to taste~ optional

    Add garlic to food processor and pulse until finely chopped then add peas, herbs, lemon juice and zest, EVOO & S&P. Process a minute or two until fairly smooth. Then transfer to a bowl and fold in parmesan Enjoy! 😊
