Lamb Chops Tray Bake

Season the vegetables first, then season the lamb. When adding the water, pour it to the side of the vegetables, not over everything, so you don't wash away the seasoning. Two tablespoons of pomegranate molasses, or even one, will give an amazing flavor.

First, chop the vegetables and season them. Place the seasoned lamb on top, using the same seasonings.

Drizzle with a little corn oil and add 2 cups of hot water (about 480 ml) to the side of the vegetables.

Cook on a stovetop grill or bake in the oven in a tray for about 45 minutes, until ready to brown. Enjoy!
