  1. 250 gsoft butter
  2. 3/4 cupicing sugar
  3. 2 cupscake flour
  4. Pinchsalt

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven at 180 °c.Add the butter and icing sugar into a bowl and cream together. Add sifted flour and salt to the butter mixture and mix through using your hands. Place dough onto a floured surface and roll out till desired thickness.Cut into desired shapes and place on a lightly greased tray or a lined tray. Bake for 10/15 mins. Leave to cool and enjoy☕Makes bout 30 cookies

My dough was too soft to roll out so I have currently put it in the fridge to firm. Or should I just added more flour?
