In a bowl add besan and curd and almond pure and mix well add little water and make a batter now add the ginger chilli paste salt sugar and mix well now add baking soda and mix well for 5minutes

Now take another bowl and divide the batter into 2parts and in one bowl add Red food colour and mix well now add eno in both batter and mix it well.

Now add water to boil in a steamer now take a dhokla tray and Grease it with oil and pore 1tbsp of yellow batter in middle of the tray then add red batter one by one add the both batter in the tray. Now keep the tray itni steamer and steam it for 25minutes on low flame.

Now in a pan add oil and all the tempering ingredients and mix well...

Take out the tray and leave it to be cool. Now pour all the tempering ingredients on the top of dhokla and cut into peices and serve..
