Add beef tripe, onions, salt and pepper into a slow cooker, cover with water and season, slow cook for about 6-7 hours, the remaining water will serve as tripe broth that will go well with the noodles

Add broth on top of noodles and the trip on the side or mix and enjoy some with chopsticks
