Crispy pork chunks are coated with the sauce mixed by Korean chilli paste and mayonnaise. A great dish to go with beer !!
Steps

Put pork chunks in marinade, mix well and then leave them in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Add in potato starch and let all the pork chunks be coated with a thin layer of starch.

Heat a pan and add in some oil. Pan fry the pork chunks until both sides are golden.

Mix all the sauce ingredients together.
- 5
Mix the sauce with pork chunks and then toss some chopped spring onion on the top. Done!!
