Ingredients

  • 4 slicesbread
  • 2 TBSPmayoneise
  • Butter as required to cook
  • 1 tspChilli flakes
  • 1 tspketchup
  • 1 tspgreen chilli sauce
  • 1 tspseasoning
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 2Cheese slices
  • 1small capsicum chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1onion chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl, Add mayoneise, capsicum,tomato, onion.

    Now add all spices, ketchup and chilli sauce.

    Take a bread slice. Spread cheese slice (1/2), now spread the mayo mixture, put another 1/2 slice of cheese. Cover with another bread slice.

    Grease the sandvich maker with butter. Place the sandvices, grease again with butter. Cook till golden brown. Ready to serve with ketchup or chutney.....
