Ingredients

2 cupssoaked Poha (falttened rice)
1 tbspngram flour
1big boiled and grated potato
1/2 cupgrated carrot
1/2 cupchopped capsicum
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
To tasteSalt
as neededDry fruit mix
To tasteCorn flour
To tastePepper powder
To tasteSalt

Steps

1

Mix all ingredients and knead dough.

Take small portion and flatten and stuff cheese inaide and roll out balls.

Roll bombs in cornflour mix and freeze for 15-30 mins
4

Deep fry till golden brown

Ready to serve
