Ingredients

  • 2 cupssoaked Poha (falttened rice)
  • 1 tbspngram flour
  • 1big boiled and grated potato
  • 1/2 cupgrated carrot
  • 1/2 cupchopped capsicum
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • To tasteSalt
  • as neededDry fruit mix
  • To tasteCorn flour
  • To tastePepper powder
  • To tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients and knead dough.

    Take small portion and flatten and stuff cheese inaide and roll out balls.

    Roll bombs in cornflour mix and freeze for 15-30 mins

    Deep fry till golden brown
