Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsemolina
  2. 4 cupwater
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. Pinchyellow food colour
  5. 1/2 cupghee
  6. 1 spooncardamom powder
  7. 2 spoonchopped almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a wok,add semolina and roast til nice aroma in semolina.

  2. 2

    Now add water,sugar,food colour and cardamom powder stir well.

  3. 3

    Cook til halwa consistency.

  4. 4

    Transfer into a serving bowl

  5. 5

    Garnish with chopped almonds and serve it.
