Ingredients

  • Steak
  • 1 poundround eye steak black angus
  • 1 teaspoonkosher salt divided 8 ways
  • 1 teaspoonground black pepper divided 8 ways
  • 4pats butter
  • Vegetables
  • 1 poundNormandy blend broccoli
  • 1 teaspoonskosher salt
  • 1/2 cupbeef broth

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a skillet and season the steak. Then sear 4 minutes, each side. Steam the vegetables. I did mine in the microwave for 5 and a half minutes.

    Add butter to the top.

    Add steamed vegetables to the same skillet. Season with salt. Add the beef broth simmer till liquids are reduced. About 7 minutes.
