Ingredients

  1. 2 cupwhipped cream
  2. 1 cupcondensed milk
  3. 1 dropyellow food colour
  4. 1 dropbutterscotch essence
  5. 1 cupmilk
  6. 2-3 spoonalmonds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put whipped cream and condensed milk in a mixing bowl and mix til fluffy.

  2. 2

    Add milk as required,essence and food colour and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Pour in a air tight box keep in deep freezer and set for 8 hours.

  4. 4

    Transfer into serving bowl garnish with almonds and serve chilled.
