In a bowl mix together the warm milk, yeast and sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

In a mixing bowl take flour, salt, milk powder and mix well.

Add oil, egg yolk and the yeast mixture to the flour and knead properly to make a soft, stretchy dough. Add more warm milk if required.

Take a small portion of the dough, add a few drops of black food colour and mix properly.

Grease two bowls with butter/oil, place the dough in the bowls and brush some oil on those. Cover the bowls with plastic wrap and let those sit in a warm spot for 2-3 hours.

Punch both doughs and knead again for a minute. Make balls with the white dough.

Grease a baking tin and line it with butter paper. Place the balls in it.

Now make the eyes, ears and nose of the panda with the black dough and stick those on the balls. Cover the tin with a damp towel and let it sit for 30 minutes.

In a large pot, add a cup of salt. Place a stand in it and cover it with the lid. Pre heat this on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Place the baking tin on the stand, cover it with the lid and bake it for 5 minutes on medium heat and for 30 minutes on low heat.

Let it cool and enjoy with your favourite spread or side dish.
