Steps

Take all ingredients in a bowl leaving butter.

Make a dough knead it till gluten forms or knead for 12mins.

Lastly add butter and knead again 5 minutes

After kneading in bowl put dough and cover with cling wrap for 20 mins at least.

For filling :

Heat oil add Onion, tomato, Red chilli, black pepper and than stir fry them add salt.

After 20 mins make a shape of the dough by inflating it and filling it with prepared stuffing veggies.

Then in dough make different knots

Then again rest for 10 mins

After 10 mins bake preheated oven

Bake at 200C for 15-20 mins or till golden colour.
