Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupsall-purpose flour (about 315 grams)
  2. 1 packetactive dry yeast (about 2 1/4 teaspoons or 7 grams)
  3. 2 tablespoonsoil
  4. 1little warm water

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the 2 1/2 cups of flour to a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add the entire packet of yeast.

  3. 3

    Add the oil.

  4. 4

    Pour in the warm water and start mixing to form a soft dough. Let it rest for a few minutes.

    Cut and shape the sopaipillas, then fry them.
