  1. 10bread slices
  2. 200 gmpaneer (cut into small pieces)
  3. 2 tbspgrated carrot
  4. 1/2capsicum (cut into small pieces)
  5. To tastesalt
  6. 2 tbspgrated carrot
  7. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  8. 1 tspoil
  9. 75 gmbutter
  10. 1 tbspcoriander leaves (chopped)
  11. 1 tsptandoori masala
  12. 1/2 tspchat masala
  13. 2 tbsphung curd
  14. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  15. 1/2 tspturneric powder
  16. 1 tspginger garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add curd, tanduri masala,chat masala,salt, ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder. Mix well.Add carrot and capsicum to this mixture.Add paneer keep aside for 20 minutes. Add 1 tsp oil into tawa. Pour mixture into it. Saute to keep aside. Apply butter on each bread slices. Add sufficient paneer masala on a bread slice and put another on it.

    Add butter on tawa. Put stuffed bread slices. Add butter on top. After 1 minute

    Flip it and after another 1 minute it will be ready. Do other sandwiches like this. Cut into two pieces.Serve with tomato sauce.
