Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kglady finger
  2. To tastesalt
  3. To tastered chilli powder
  4. To tasteturmeric powder
  5. as neededOil
  6. 5-6chopped tomato
  7. 3-4onions chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly heat oil then fry the bhindi.

  2. 2

    After frying the bhindi add all spices in bhindi.

  3. 3

    Then take a pan add ghee in it and add chopped onions and tomatoes in it after 4-5 mint add all spices in it.

  4. 4

    Then add fried bhindi in it after 2-3 mint bhindi is ready to eat.
