Egg Masala Dry

Boiled eggs in water.peel it and cut it in cubes.

Heat oil in the pan and add cumin, green chilli, onions, ginger and garlic.Fry onions till it turns brown.

Add turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli, kashmiri red chilli and salt.

Add tomatoes and cook till the oil leaves the sides.

Now add the boiled eggs. Coat the eggs in the masala.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve it hot with roti.
