First boil the mutton with all ingredients and add sufficient water until it remains for rice

Take a pan in which you want to cook rice.. Add the oil.. And add onion after it will become soft add only garlic paste when these will come golden brown put some little water. And make them softer.

Add mutton pieces in the pan and fry them for 2 minutes.

Now add tomatoes green chillies.. Ginger paste... Cumin seeds crush red chillies and cook them until tomatoes will soft.

Add mutton stock including all ingredients and wait for a boil. Add the rice and cook them when the water becomes dry. After that low the flame and check them after 15 minutes. Mutton nali pulao will ready. It is too much tasty.

One point you must keep in your mind not add the ginger paste with garlic paste. In sha Allah you will check how is a different taste will come.
