Dry roast the puffs for 5 mins to make them crisp.

In a kadhai take 2 tbspn oil add mustard, cumin, peanuts at a time. Time needed mustard to crackle and to fry peanuts to perfect colour is same. Once half done add roasted chana dal,curry leaves, chillies, aestofida,turmeric red chilli powder

Add salt and mix and switch off gas flame. add puffs and mix well and then again switch on gas and roast for 5 mins.

Turn off gas and let it cool. Add citric acid and sugar and mix. Ready to serve
