to tasteSalt and pepper
to tasteChilli flakes (optional)
as neededOil for deep frying

Cut the potato as thin as possible

Once the oil become hot add the potatoes one by one..take it out from oil once they turn to golden.

Sprinkle salt and pepper,if like chilli flakes and enjoy potato fries....
