Heat water and add chopped palak along with turmeric and salt.

Grind after cooling. Drain water completely

Mix wheat flour along with jeera powder, pepper powder and salt

Add ground palak paste snd mix into medium soft dough. Apply oil and leave for half an hour. Make dumplings

Roll into disk, apply oil and fold into a triangle

Cook on a hot tava appling oil on both sides
- 7
Serve with any gravy curry, chutney powder, raita
