  • Coconut milk
  • 2large onion
  • 1large tomato
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil

    Clean and trim the leafy spinach

    Dice the onions and fry it in oil until pinkish

  3. 3

    Add the spinach,salt and fry them

    Add the coconut milk and finalise the cooking
