Ingredients

  • 1 litrelassi
  • 100 gramsbesan(gram flour)
  • 2chopped onions
  • 2chopped potatoes
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbspcumin
  • To TasteSalt (according to taste)
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tbspGaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take lassi add besan and blend it

  2. 2

    Boil this for 15 minutes

  3. 3

    In a pan take oil add cumin and chopped veggies

  4. 4

    Add spices and saute it three minutes.

  5. 5

    Now add boiled lassi.

  6. 6

    Cook it for five minutes.

  7. 7

    Now sprinkle garam masala.

  8. 8

    Now kadhi is ready.
