Chopped the onion and capsicum, and wash and dry corns, keep aside.

Heat butter in heavy pan, add chopped onion and capsicum, mix and cook for a while then add grated 2 cheese cubes and mixed herbs, peri-peri seasoning and black pepper powder. Mix it well and add milk, keep stirring so that cheese and milk can combine.

Now add corn and mix it. Let it cook for 20-30 seconds only, (if there is access milk then cook for 1-2min.) then add mayonnaise and give it a stir. Turn off the heat.

Transfer into bowl/plate, garnish with some grated cheese and serve hot.

NOTE- In this dish U can make different flavors, as like 1-black pepper and green chilli as cheese chilli, 2- tomato ketchup(or pizza sauce)and pizza seasoning, 3- fresh basil, 4- mint, 5- mix veggies like baby corn, asparagus, beans etc. 6- only cheese, 7- pineapple and cheese, (then add pineapple with corn), 8- add cooked pasta.
