Ingredients

  1. Rice= half kg
  2. Mince=Chicken, beaf or mutton =1/4kg
  3. Onion =1small
  4. Carrot = 1medium
  5. 4 tablespoonKishmish =
  6. Almonds =25
  7. Kaju=30
  8. Salt according to your taste
  9. Ginger garlic paste =2teaspoon
  10. Garm masala powder =2tbs
  11. Yogurt =1/4cup
  12. Cooking oil
  13. 7Dried dates =

Cooking Instructions

    Soak rice for one hour,make meat balls

  2. 2

    Put oil in a pan,fry onion slices,put meat balls in the pan and fry, add ginger garlic paste and fry till golden,add meat balls,put water in the pan,let it boil,

    Fry nuts and kishmish, and carrots, mix brown two sugar in carrots

  4. 4

    Put soaked rice in boiling meatball,s yakhni and cook,till yakhni dry,spread garam masala powder on rice mix it well

  5. 5

    Put tawa on low flame, then put rice pan on it, sprinkle nuts and carrots over the rice cover with lid and leve it for 20 minutes, After dish out.
