Delectable Chocolate Trifle

This is the perfect recipe for intense dessert lovers as it contains a combination of brownies, chocolate,chocolate mousse and cream cheese. It is a great showstopper for special events and don't forget scrumptious too! #sahdessert
If you are not a fan of intense flavours, you could always substitute the brownies with chocolate cake or muffins, and the addition of cream cheese in the whipping cream is optional. You may also use fruits of your desire.
Consume this pudding as soon as possible to prevent it from turning soft and into an undesirable texture.

FOR BROWNIES: Preheat oven to 160 degree Celsius and put the rack in the middle shelf of oven. Over medium heat, melt butter in a pot. Once melted add sugar and stir for 1-2 minutes. Sift in the cocoa powder, stir and let it cool for about 5 minutes.

Pour into a large bowl and add eggs one at a time, mixing well with a beater.

Add in vanilla essence and instant coffee.

Add in flour, cornstarch and salt, mixing well until no flour pockets remain.

Bake 25-35 minutes until the centre is set.

Set aside and let it cool for about 1-2 hours. Cut it into small blocks.

FOR PUDDING: Make a first layer of brownies at the bottom of the bowl.

For the second layer, mix together cream cheese, whipping cream and sugar with a beater until peaks form. Use only half of this mixture for the second layer.

For the third layer, slice strawberries and place them around in the bowl.

For the fourth layer, beat the chocolate mousse until it is a creamier texture. Use only half of this for the fourth layer.

Repeat steps 7,8,9,10 for layering the dessert.

Top the pudding with grated chocolate and chocolate dipped strawberries coated with edible glitter.
