Wash and cook gizzard with salt,onion and spices untill soft.In a small bowl mix chilli powder+maggi+spices and oil then mix together to form a thick paste.

Brush the chilli paste all over the gizzard,slice the tomatoes and onion, arrange the gizzard on a skiwy together with the onions and tomatoes, arrange on a baking tray and bake.

Your Gizzard is ready to serve
