My mum used to make this every Sunday..
Steps

Soak kunde overnight.. Then clean the next day and blend without so much water..

Add onion and garlic, coriander leaves to the barter n blend a bit more.. But not so much..

Put oil in frying pan to deep fry

Then pick some barter with your hands (some use spoon) and put in the oil and deep fry until golden brown

Served with coconut chutney
