3 cupsall purpose flour
2 tbspsugar
1egg
1 tbspbaking powder
3 cupsmilk
1 tbspvanilla essence

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl till you achieve a smooth mixture

Preheat a pan and put one tsp of vegetable cooking oil

Scoop your mixture according to the size you want, pour on the pan and cook till both sides are ready
