500 gmsBhindi
1small Onion
1 pinchheeng
1 tspajwain
3 tspcoriander powder
1.5 tspRed chilli powder
1 tsphaldi powder
1 tspAmchur powder
to tasteSalt
as requiredRefined oil

Cut bhindi into cubes. Sliced onion.

Take a wok. Add refined oil. Cook onion till golden brown.

Now add all the spices except amchur and salt.

Now add bhindi and salt. Cover it with lid. Cook till it is done. Then add amchur powder. Cook for 2-3 mins. Ready to serve.
