Ingredients

  • 200 gmMashed paneer
  • as neededChopped Coriander leaves
  • 1Chopped green chillies
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • as neededWhole wheat flour
  • as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead the flour to dough

  2. 2

    Roll out with a rolling pin.

  3. 3

    Add mashed paneer, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt and garam masala.

  4. 4

    Close it and again roll out with a rolling pin.

  5. 5

    Cook it on a tva.

  6. 6

    Serve with boondi raita.
