10 pieces braai

Chops washed and drained
2 tblsteak n chop spice
1/2 tsplemon pepper
1/2 tspwhite pepper
1 tspcrushed garlic
Dashlemon juice
1/2 tspsalt
1 tablespoonbutter

Steps

Marinate chops in steak n chop spice, lemon pepper, white pepper, crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt, butter for an hour or overnight. Grill meat in a pan
