Ingredients

10 pieces braai
  • Chops washed and drained
  • 2 tblsteak n chop spice
  • 1/2 tsplemon pepper
  • 1/2 tspwhite pepper
  • 1 tspcrushed garlic
  • Dashlemon juice
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tablespoonbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chops in steak n chop spice, lemon pepper, white pepper, crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt, butter for an hour or overnight. Grill meat in a pan

    Serve with chips and salad
