Steps

Take a bowl, add besan, salt, red chilli powder, onion, water and make batter for chilla.

Heat a tava on low flame, speed a bit of oil on tava.

Now take a ladder full of batter and spread on tava.

Spread lightly so that chilla does not break.

Continue to cook till the base gets golden brown.

Now flip and cook on another side.
- 7
Serve with tomato sauce or tea.
