Ingredients

  • 250 gmsApple (peeled & grated)
  • 1 packetGreen Jelly
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • Water 1/2 cup (for sugar syrup)
  • 1 pinchGreen colour
  • 1/2 tspRose essence
  • 1 kgMilk (chilled)
  • 1/2 tinCondensed Milk
  • 1 tspTukh malanga
  • 1 tbspPistachio (sliced)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut prepared jelly into small cubes

  2. 2

    Put chilled milk in a jug

  3. 3

    Add in condensed milk, sugar syrup, green colour, tukh malanga, grated apple,rose essence,mix well.

  4. 4

    Serve in a glass.

  5. 5

    Garnish with sliced pistachio.
