Steps

At first boil the tomatoes for a while then place them in chilled water and peal them and put aside

Then in a pan add oil (1cup)then add g.g paste and then add beef and broil it well

Then add chopped tomatoes which we boiled and pealed then add black pepper,turmeric powder and bhuna masala..

Then add salt and broil it for 2 to 3 minutes then add 1glass water and cover until beef tenderize
- 5
Then when beef tenderize add green chillies in it and then in an another pan heat almost half cup of oil and pour a tarka on karhai
- 6
Then garnish chopped ginger and corriender then serve
