Take a pan.Heat oil in it. Add mustard seeds and let them be sputter. Add cumin seeds

Add asafoetida. Saute it well. Now add onion and saute it till they soften and turn translucent Add turmeric. Add red chilli powder.Add curry leaves. Add garlic Add green chillies. Add red dry chilli.

Approx it will take 8 to 10 minutes. Checkout that the wheat flour should not stick in the mouth....or else's roast it for 1 to 2 minute more. Then add water to it

Add buttermilk Mix it well Stir it continuosly till the water and buttermilk is mix well and wheat is properly mix with it.It should become like porridge
