Paneer Chat

Chat is preferred and relished by everyone. I have taken the normal ingredients used to prepare chat. Here the only thing new is lightly fried Paneer.
As Paneer is milk protein, deep fry denatures the protein thus making the Paneer cubes hard and rubbery.
