Ingredients

Twenty minutes
Five servings
  • 1whole liver
  • 1/4shredded cabbage
  • 2finely chopped sweet pepper
  • 2finely chopped green pepper
  • 4 cubesseasoning
  • 3 table spoonoil
  • 1 tea spooncurry powder
  • 1 tea spoonsalt
  • 1 tea spoonginger paste
  • 1medium chopped onion
  • 1medium size sliced cucumber

Steps

    Cut the liver into small rod shapes, pour the oil into a pan and place it on fire, add half of the chopped onion and begin to stir until it starts sizzling, pour in the liver and stir gently, you'll notice the liver sauce coming out, add the ginger paste, sweet pepper, green pepper, the remaining onion, salt, seasoning and curry powder, stir gently until it is almost done, then add the shredded cabbage, sliced cucumber and stir for a minute,

    This meal can be served alone or as a compliment of other meals, I served mine with some flour products and a cup of Milo drink. Enjoy...
