1 bowlleftover poha
1/2 bowlbesan
3 spoonsrava
as requiredChopped onion,chopped cabbage, chopped tomato
1 tspChopped chilli and grated ginger
as requiredSalt, red chilli powder and oil

In a bowl mix all the ingredients and add little water and make a thick batter.Add little salt as poha already has salt.

Apply oil on appe pan and pour the mixture and make appe.

Serve with ketchup and chutney.
