Firstly grate the paneer and rub the paneer with the help of palm. When the paneer gets soft and creamy then keep aside.

Heat a kadai and put condensed milk in it and add prepared paneer and stir it continuously. When the mixture gets thick then add cardamom powder and mix it well and turn off the flame and let it cool down.

Divided in equal portion and give laddu shape to every portion. Decorate with the food colour and pistachio and cardamom.

Your malai laddu is ready to serve.
