Ingredients

  • 1 bowlleftover poha
  • 1/2 bowlbesan
  • 3 spoonsrava
  • as requiredChopped onion,chopped cabbage, chopped tomato
  • 1 tspChopped chilli and grated ginger
  • as requiredSalt, red chilli powder and oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix all the ingredients and add little water and make a thick batter.Add little salt as poha already has salt.

  2. 2

    Apply oil on appe pan and pour the mixture and make appe.

  3. 3

    Serve with ketchup and chutney.
